The following terms and conditions (the "Terms of Use") govern your use of the services offered through 1StopInsurancellc.com (collectively, the "Site"). By using the Site, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these Terms of Use, please refrain from using or accessing the Site. The terms "we," "us," or "the Company" refer to 1 Stop Insurance Agency LLC 

Access to the Site

You must be at least 18 years of age and a legal resident of the United States to use this Site. By accessing or using the Site, you affirm that you meet these criteria. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to terminate, suspend, change, or restrict access to the Site or any portion thereof at any time, without prior notice or liability. We may also impose limits on certain features or restrict access to part or all of the Site, without notice or penalty.

Our Role and Responsibilities

The Site serves as an online marketplace connecting users with insurance carriers and other service providers (collectively referred to as "Service Providers"). Once you provide the requested information via our online forms, we attempt to match you with appropriate Service Providers who may offer you quotes or other products and services.

  • Not an Insurance Provider: We are not an insurance provider and do not sell, underwrite, or administer insurance policies. We do not guarantee that any Service Providers to whom we forward your request will contact you, or that they will offer you coverage or the best rates.

  • Not Responsible for Service Providers: We are not responsible for, nor do we assume any financial or other liability for, the conduct of any Service Providers or the products or services they offer. Any agreements you enter into with Service Providers are subject to their respective terms, conditions, and privacy policies.

User Data; Consent to be Contacted

When you interact with the Site, you may be required to provide certain personal information ("User Data"). This may include, but is not limited to, details such as your name, address, phone number, email address, and information relevant to the insurance quote you are requesting. By submitting your data, you acknowledge and agree that:

  1. Accuracy of Information: You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.

  2. Use of User Data: Your User Data will be used to process your request, provide relevant quotes, and communicate with you. This is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

  3. Consent to Contact: By providing your contact information, you consent to receive communications from us and our Service Providers. This includes emails, phone calls (including automated or pre-recorded messages), text messages (SMS), or other forms of communication.

  4. Opt-out: You may opt out of receiving marketing communications from us at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link in emails or contacting us directly at 1Stopinsurancellc@gmail.com.

Once your information is submitted to a Service Provider, any request to opt-out or unsubscribe from their communications must be directed to them, and their privacy policy will govern how they handle your data.

Intellectual Property and Use of the Site

The content, design, software, functionality, and all other elements of the Site (collectively, the "Site Content") are the exclusive property of 1StopInsurance LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws, including copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unauthorized commercial purposes or reverse engineer any part of the Site.

  • Use the Site in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the functionality of the Site.

License: We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT, MATERIALS, AND SERVICES PROVIDED THROUGH IT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

  • No Guarantee of Availability: We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

  • Third-Party Content: We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of content or materials provided by third parties, including Service Providers.

Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT WILL 1StopInsurance LLC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFIT OR REVENUE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR ANY TRANSACTION WITH A SERVICE PROVIDER, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

  • Limitation of Damages: IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR LIABILITY EXCEED THE GREATER OF (i) THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO US IN THE MONTH IN WHICH THE CLAIM OCCURRED, OR (ii) $200.00.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not controlled by us. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or security of these third-party sites. We provide these links for convenience and informational purposes, and the inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by 1StopInsurance LLC.
